Minnesota State Arts Board

The Minnesota State Arts Board promotes the quality of life in Minnesota by making the arts accessible to all citizens, nurturing creative activities, encouraging the development of innovative forms of artistic expression and preserving the diverse artistic heritage of the people. The MSAB offers numerous grants, workshops, and technical assistance opportunities.

Minnesota Citizens for the Arts

Minnesota Citizens for the Arts (MCA) is a statewide arts advocacy organization that organizes the arts community to lobby the Minnesota State Legislature and Congress. Their mission is to ensure opportunity for all people to have access to and involvement in the arts.

Springboard for the Arts

Resources and Counseling for the Arts offers friendly and affordable training, information, consultation, career counseling, and referrals on business and professional development issues as they apply to the arts and related fields.

Minnesota Artists Online

Minnesota Artists Online (MAO) is an online database of Minnesota artists from all disciplines. It offers to Minnesota-based artists a central gathering place on the internet, and will grow to become a marketplace and community hub. It offers the public a new way to explore art and get to know artists. In addition, MAO will soon provide news and features about the local arts scene from a variety of sources. Funded by the McKnight Foundation.

Regional Sustainable Development Partnership

The Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships (RSDP) bring together community and University knowledge and resources to drive sustainability in four focus areas: agriculture and food systems, clean energy, natural resources and resilient communities. They support local projects through five regional boards made up of community members and University faculty and staff.
